Update: It’s been decent since we’ve moved in. The only con that we’re experiencing is that maintenance takes awhile to complete jobs. Jose (maintenance guy) is super cool and honest, he shared that it’s been a lot of work for them since it is only 2 people. I am dealing with a lot of bugs (stink bugs and big ants to be specific). I’m okay with killing ants left and right, but when I have to deal with bigger bugs, that can fly?? Yeah no thanks. Just visted the apartments today and spoke with Christina who showed me around, truly amazing she answered all my questions and guided me through all the steps! Great communication and very nice! The apartments are super nice and renovated. Truly recommend!
Things were slightly rocky and unexpected move in day but everything was handled and so far so good! I hope it stays that way! I just moved in over the weekend and so far with my move in maintenance requests, they’ve been handled very quickly so kudos to Nicholas! Big s/o to Mayci with all of her help! And Christina was great as well!
Rafael showed me a 3 bedroom it had a nice remodel. He was very personable and professional. He gives great customer service. I am not sure if I would like to move to Fountain Parc just due to the outside scenery of the apartments.
Mayci was an excellent leasing agent! I came in for a tour on Friday and was nervous but she was calming and informative and so so so nice! She really took the time to get to know me and cater the tour to my needs, and even did her best to help me get a lease at a price I could afford. Although I ultimately plan to stay at my current complex, Mayci was instrumental in making Fountain Parc seem like a place I couldn't pass up. If you want a nice apartment in a good area with a great leasing agent, she fits the bill!
