I have been banking with this bank nearly 10 years! When this branch was built in Durango I was blessed by convince. I am happy to go inside when I need to conduct business as the staff is always delightful. I particularly like Lisa, who has helped me on multiple occasions when I have misplaced my account password, or needed help with a new debit card, and Vanessa, who always greets me with a happy demeanor, and is quick to assist my needs. I love the community feeling of this bank. My husband and I opened a business checking account last May. The employees are fantastic. There is nothing like walking into your bank and everyone knows your name! Four Corners Community Bank is great for small businesses. I love that I can call and talk directly to the bank manager at any time. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the Four Corners area!
I have to change my review, I'm not sure what happened to this branch but when a person who has an account there comes in with a need for banking services, and gets turned away, not even looked at in the eye , makes you really never want to bank there again. I'm not sure where that lady comes from but she doesn't read forms and is quite fast to reject any notary services you may need. I've been a customer for both business and personal for over eight years. Their customer service is excellent! They are truly a local community bank.
I'm a Farmington customer. Came to Durango and decided to do my banking here to save time being it's the same bank. I was treated like I was sketchy because I wanted to cash a check and both the teller and manager were rude and of no help. Poor customer service. Wont ever use Durango branch again.
