We signed our contract with Lisa Gustavson and Gregory Silvia of Four Seasons Sunrooms on July 20, 2024. As of April 14, 2025, the plans for our sunroom have still not been completed—nearly nine months later. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no meaningful progress and no clear communication explaining the delays.
