Do not let the good reviews from last year mislead you, obviously something happened since beginning of 2025 to this company. Common theme here with Four Season Sunrooms of Raleigh, poor communication, no follow-up, lies, excuses and downright deceit. Bob Gustavson came to our house and we signed a contract on 12/14/2024 for a Four Season Sunroom and a deck. This team is very unresponsive and irresponsible. We signed agreement in Oct 2024 and made a initial payment. Come Jan 2025 they got approvals and took another payment which gets us to 40 % of the total payment. Come now , every few days I call Greg / Lisa/ Bob only to hear that they will start working the coming Monday. They are just taking it for granted and have no responsibility to finish the job. A++++ I am so very HAPPY with my (2) all glass temperature controlled glass conservatories (sunrooms ). No doubt the best investment that I ever made. They have brought me so much JOY! Also will add my pergola by four seasons also! I absolutely love their products and have a couple more projects on my list that I want them to do! We signed our contract with Lisa Gustavson and Gregory Silvia of Four Seasons Sunrooms on July 20, 2024. As of April 14, 2025, the plans for our sunroom have still not been completed—nearly nine months later. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no meaningful progress and no clear communication explaining the delays. I signed up in October 2024. They said they will start to build my sunroom in December. Today is May 10th 2025. I deposited initial amount. I sent a couple of emails to Lisa. She never reply my email not even my phone calls. I requested them if they can't do it then pls return my money. Please dont do this things with people. Please humble request I will wait few more days then I will .....
