I can't say enough good things about Fox Hollow! The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well-kept, and the community is peaceful. The management team is responsive and takes care of any maintenance requests promptly. I highly recommend this place!
If we could give this a lower review, we would.... Fist off, I just want to say DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! We lived here for 7 months and the management changed 3 times. You have no idea who is in charge. The apartments are okay... Nothing special. Our biggest problem was the maintenance team had lost our keys (the only copy the apartment had to get in to fix things). I live here now and just renewed my lease for another year BIG MISTAKE! My AC unit has gone out 3 times and they offered me a window unit REALLY for $975 monthly plus water, gas and trash. My plug sockets were completely loose until I renewed my lease, my son's bathtub constantly peels when he showers they painted it with white paint 2 times. This place sucks! They are working on the roofs at 7 am on a Saturday. This should have been done over the summer not the middle of November. And what's worst is these idiots towed my car. Someone was jealous because I had the covered parking! They should be paying for my car!!
I am glad that I did the research for my daughter before she moved into these apartments because they are owned by the same company that owns Parc lake/ Bayshore apartments that took full advantage of her. They need to be put out of business. They never fix anything correctly they just rig it to work a little bit longer. they increase rent before leases are up and then charge you for things that are not wrong with the aparmtent upon move out
