Don’t waste your time… not second chance at all.. was told i was approved just to get a call back and say i wasnt because i was n a current lease that im paying to be out of. Guess you have to be the same race to get the second chance or they make up bs to deny you.
Office staff is very helpful. No bugs so far and its a pretty quiet neighborhood.
I can't say enough good things about Fox Hollow! The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well-kept, and the community is peaceful. The management team is responsive and takes care of any maintenance requests promptly. I highly recommend this place!
This place sucks! They are working on the roofs at 7 am on a Saturday. This should have been done over the summer not the middle of November. And what's worst is these idiots towed my car. Someone was jealous because I had the covered parking! They should be paying for my car!!
If we could give this a lower review, we would.... Fist off, I just want to say DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! We lived here for 7 months and the management changed 3 times. You have no idea who is in charge. The apartments are okay... Nothing special. Our biggest problem was the maintenance team had lost our keys (the only copy the apartment had to get in to fix things).
