Awesome company! They did a wonderful job on my rental. The previous tenant left it rodent infested. Fox technicians really worked to rid them. I would highly recommend them! 👌
Fox Pest Control is everything they claim to be. I have no problems with pests around, or in my home. The technicians who perform the work are very professional and courteous. They always ask if there are any problem areas that concern us, and they stick to their offer to return anytime as needed. I feel that I pay a little more, but I get everything I pay for and then some! They are much better and more reliable than many other companies out there in a variety of services.
Very happy with Fox Pest Control! They can be a little pricey, however, for me, they are well worth it. If they need to come back to treat an issue, they do so, quickly and with no extra fees. If a new issue comes up, they respond quickly, sending a tech out fast. Chris Clark, tech assigned to my account, is wonderful. He communicates, he listens (not just hear) to what I have to say, he understands, talks about the issue to help me understand better, explains the treatment he is going to apply. THank you Chris!
Very satisfied. Anthony came out the next day and took care of my ant problem. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail and any questions I had were answered.
Brian showed up at the time I was told he would arrive, checked in to make sure that I didn't have any concerns and followed up on a problem that I had with yellow jackets a couple of weeks earlier that he took care of. It is great having the same technician servicing my home who is familiar what has been done in the past. Brian is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional! Thank you
