Gabriel Price did a fine job. He came over and inspected the ant infestation and then performed a service call outside and inside out house. He was very professional and capable.
Kameron our technician did amazing job when he came over to our place to fix the problem we been having. We explained what was happening after we had two treatments in the past 2 months. The issue still was on going, but when Kameron came for our 3rd treatment, he begin to ask us where we was seeing our issues at, he then spared all over our place where our issues occurred. We appreciate his patience and his outstanding work.
I regret to share our poor experience with Fox Pest Control. I have utilized their services for my house and rental properties since they were offered in 2020. Unfortunately, when we had pest issues, their customer service was not receptive. They often promised to come out to address our concerns but frequently did not show up on time. Yesterday, Jerele came to our home and took care of the insane amount of carpenter bees we’ve been dealing with since it started getting warm out. Jerele was thorough and polite, making sure to explain the process the entire way. I am glad we were able to find this company and they came out the same day I started service! Getting hit in the head by carpenter bees was not my favorite experience! This place is very highly recommended. Love the new management they have in place. Seen the new Branch Manager at the gym. Bright, pleasant, and friendly. Will be using them if I have any pest control issues.
