Fox Pest control came out to service my home today. They did a great job. Jason Harlow was assigned to my location for the last couple of services and he has done an amazing job. Very thorough and he does a great job of explaining what he has completed at the end. Always checks in at the beginning as well to see if there are any special requests. I've had them for a while now but Jason is by far the best technician I’ve been assigned to date. Great job on that hire!!!
Technician was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and explained what he planned to do about them. He went about his work quickly and efficiently. Overall it was an excellent experience.
Technician Jason did a wonderful job. He arrived when scheduled and was very friendly and professional. I had indicated a continuing problem with ants and Jason treated both inside and outside. In addition, he found the probable entry for the ants into my kitchen which allowed me to take appropriate steps to seal the area. Jason was very helpful and informative and I felt very confident that both the humans and pets in my home were safe from inappropriate chemical exposure. Nathan did a great job. Very conscientious, courteous, and informative as to what he did and what he saw. Scheduling could have been better as the email said service would be between 2 and 4 but Nathan came about 5:10. (not his fault)
I was extremely happy with the job that Jason performed at our house. He was thorough, took me around the outside of the house to fill me in on what he had done. He actually did more than what I had expected. His attitude was wonderful and he offered great advice. Keep this guy!
