My technician Derrick, is the nicest freaking guy. Very professional and thorough. Affable. A pleasure to work with. Genuinely listens and attentive to needs and concerns. Always calls the morning of a scheduled visit to confirm time of appointment and has been flexible if I need a later/earlier time. Plus he's kind to my dogs which scores bonus points everytime.
I was very skeptical about going to Fox before, but their prices were great and they seemed to actually want my business so I figured I'd give them a shot. I have been surprised at the quality of the work they do and their really good customer service. My previous and more expensive service's tech was nice, but they didn't do half the stuff on a regular service that Fox's tech does. Sterling was very nice and professional and used several chemicals he had in his truck to hopefully make the bees go away. His confidence on being able to make the yellow jackets disappear was second to none. The world needs more people like Sterling!!
Extremely professional team and very good experience. Asked them remove an absolutely massive bald-faced hornets' nest from about 40 feet up in one of our trees. Other pest control companies said they couldn't help when we described the location of the nest. Fox found a way to make it work and successfully treated + removed the nest over the course of three visits to our home. Jonathan in particular was great to work with and highly recommend. Will use them again if we need to!
