Thorough job. Spent time making sure environmentally safe spray was applied to entire property. Took the time to talk with me about the product and service. Overall very pleased with the technician and service provided.
Love them and recommend them! Casey is the best technician too! I have been with them for 3 years now! Anytime I have an issue outside of my quarterly schedule they always come that day or the next!
Casey has always been very kind and professional. It’s a pleasure to have her as my technician. Seeing as she always goes above and beyond to explain the ins and outs of the treatment she’s performing on my home. Which was very important to me, with the yellow jacket issue I had. Since there was a small child in the house who’s allergic. Give that woman a raise she’s going places.
I have a great dane and they are excellent keeping in touch so they can come on the property. All contact has been easy and positive. They called to discuss increasing my coverage and they provided the information yet with no pressure.
Termite inspection said no termites found in house, However we found termite in wall one month later, the technician came does not help, no clear what is the next step. I have to find other professional to take care termites in my house, fox pest control does not know what they are doing. They charged me thousand dollars for termites baits
