We have loved adding Fox to our new home! They were so communicative - so on top of everything. Came right out after I signed wanting to start service! They were on top of it! John was super helpful and nice. He explained everything. The technicians that came out were so kind to my father and kids. Definitely am glad I went with Fox

Terminated the termite service. Technician was to come out and pick up the termite monitors. Not sure if that even happened as there were 6 monitors left on station. Makes me wonder if the service I was paying for was even being accomplished as scheduled . I called and spoke to the rep who stated that they should have had a map showing the locations. I was even asked if they were visible at their locations. I have done their job for them and pulled the units out of the ground for them just to ensure they get their stuf... read more

Incredibly pushy and aggressive customer service. I called to schedule an inspection for potential pest control. Was told that the conversation I was having counted as a "consultation" and that they would send someone out to treat. Just like that. Slow down...I asked for an in-person inspection after which I can decide if I want to start service. Then I was told "we don't send people out and waste our time when we know we can just treat." Ryan Hart was prompt, professional, courteous and thorough. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I had a few negative experiences with another technician recently. Ryan took care to ensure detailed coverage to my home, both in and outdoors. The service I experienced today is what I have come to expect from FOX. I received a text when he was on his way and received a summary of service immediately after completion. Mr J Johnson was technician who came out the same day requested to rid garage of wasps. Mr Johnson fully explained what he would do. In addition, since I am a first time customer he told me about all the service they provide. Mr J. Johnson was knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate Mr Johnson. He was very thorough and eliminated my wasp problem and answered all my concerns. In addition he sprayed around my house to deter insects. And went around to he house and knocked down spider webs.
