Here is my super honest view of Fox based on my experience alone. After finding many ticks, one on my body was my last straw, my husband called Fox and requested services. They were here the day of the call which was fantastic. Joe was great! However, two weeks later we found more live ticks. My brain first went to, well let me treat them myself but then I remember the countless times Fox said they do between services if we arent happy. I called to have the free in between service done. Fox Pest Control sent Frank C. to complete the yard enjoyment treatment. He called me when he arrived to see if any special attention was needed. I let him know about a large bees nest I've been meaning to get to. Frank was happy to help remove it. He had a great attitude and was very friendly. He took care of a couple smaller nests as well and gave recommendations on keeping the bees away. I'm thankful for his hard work and professionalism.
The initial inspection and service was excellent. Frank Christian was professional and respectful while walking my property and explaining the Fox company and the service he was providing. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
