Josh came out to our home today for a quarterly pest control service. He was very attentive and thorough. Our previous company was here and gone in 5 minutes. I feel better knowing that he took the time to do the job right. He also took notes with my concerns and made sure I understood that he will come back out to our home with any concerns, even if it isn't time for our next service. Thanks for doing a great job, Josh!
