Have greatly enjoyed working with the team at Fox Pest Control - from our sales rep Taisei to our tech David. We were impressed with the service from our initial treatment. David went through the whole process with us and also looked diligently through our home interior to assess the current state, before proceeding with the exterior treatment. So far so good on the results. Looking forward to seeing continued success from future treatments.

Simple: Was won over by salesman Michael out of Warrendale, PA office; he had a calm demeanor, had answers for every question and skeptical concerns I presented, described all aspects of their services, and made good use of his sales literature; negotiated a reasonable price. Next day initial service was excellent. I normally do not enjoy solicitors at my front door but Robbie Davis is hands-down one of the best I’ve come across. Super knowledgeable about the services offered, polite and friendly. I try to handle the bugs myself and let him know this and was not pressured. But will definitely go with his offer if the bugs defeat my current defenses in the future. Also, nice to know that a lot of my neighbors already use his company and no complaints.

I chose to work with Fox Pest Control because we have had problems with different kinds of bees in the past. Talking with the technician, he was very knowledgeable about this subject and explained to me how the bees were thinking. I liked that. The pricing was appropriate as I was paying close to the same just for service for just bee control. The technician Jonathan spent a good hour at my house both inside and outside.
