Once account was set up. Our technician was at our house with in 90 min…. This is Outstanding!!! After meet and greet technician Joe Towne gave me a step by step description on what was involved in treating my property… He took his time answering whatever questions I had … and allowed me to walk around with him while he treated and inspected what he thought were my problem areas… He did not rush through the appointment … I am very very satisfied with Fox Pest Control so far….

David was so professional and kind! I had a Boxelder bug problem at my rental property and he showed up on time, explained everything to me so i understood the timeline and was very reassuring and eager to fix the problem. He also gave me his card so that I could contact him directly if i had any problems at all. After meeting and talking with David, i felt confident that he was very good at his job and that the problem was going to be resolved properly!
I so appreciate the communication that Fox technicians provide. I do not always have the same person coming to the house but the level of detail in communication, responsiveness, and reliability is consistent. We did not have any real critter problems other than some small vole holes in one are of the yard. We signed up for the service because a neighbor was about to start treatment.
