I chose to work with Fox Pest Control because we have had problems with different kinds of bees in the past. Talking with the technician, he was very knowledgeable about this subject and explained to me how the bees were thinking. I liked that. I had the local Fox Pest Control in Pittsburgh, PA treat my porch ceiling for carpenter bees over the course of a year. I was told that my satisfaction was guaranteed and that the problem would be eliminated. I even paid a porch enclosure contractor to have my porch completely enclosed. One year later, after paying Fox on a one year service contract, the problem is not fixed and the bees are still getting into the porch. Robert knocked on my door and was very personable and professional. I told him I already have Terminix but he explained all the ways Fox Pest Control provides a superior service and on top of that a better rate! I couldn't say no and signed up. Looking forward to better service and prices.
I cannot say anything about the service. However, what I can say is the rep that was giving us the information was fantastic. Young man (Udochi) did a great job explaining, not over selling, but staying engaging and very knowledgeable about the services. Pleasant and very easy to talk to. If you are in need of the services, talk to this young fella.
Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out the right plan not just for my home and yard but for my family! The set up was quick and easy and the technician came the next day! This was by far my best experience with a pest control service!
