ZERO QUALITY ASSURANCE! We had a semi in-ground pool installed by Fox at the end of the summer 2023 season. Everything was great as construction began until we noticed that the coping color that we had chosen, was not what was installed. When questioned about it, the answer that " we don't have that color" was given. Rather than saying that, they just installed another color without any communication. Do not do business with this company. 1 year after install and our steps for our ladder are still not fixed, we don't have the pool cover as they didn't order initially AND they can't provide us a premium breakdown as they charged us for 3' surround concrete we never received! The General Manager is once again non responsive after telling us via email that it was found we were NOT credited $2,400 for concrete. Very unhappy customer!
