Very professional and friendly people who did an excellent job with my pool. They replaced all my pavers with new ones, free of charge, when they felt that the stone company had not sent them the pavers that met their quality standards. Brandon and Lawrence have been very responsive to every request I made and even helped me with a project that had nothing to do with the pool. Fox designed and built our backyard pool in 2018. At that time they did not have a monthly pool service option so I had to hire other companies none of which provided consistent quality service. A year or so ago when valves in our filter system kept malfunctioning I called Fox to beg for help. They had just launched their new monthly pool service option so I signed up immediately.
