We have a mid sized ice rink at our school that has its own chiller. We use FOX because they have additional expertise beyond your typical HVAC company. We are on the outer area of their territory however they make an effort to get here quickly. Service people (Kevin) are easy to deal and take the time to explain things. Great folks to deal with!
Fox Refrigeration & HVAC was recommended to me by a colleague to install a water heater. Mike and his team were professional, knowledgeable and had no problem answering any questions I had. Within a day the new water heater was installed. Nothing but good things to say about this company. I would highly recommend.
Incredible service with exceptional reaction time. -15c and my furnace decides to quit on me. I called Fox and they arrived within an hour and promptly diagnosed the issue. The service professional Yaniel was so polite and helpful, explaining that what he was doing and what the issue was to me so I wouldn’t feel as though I’m being taken advantage of. I hope I never have another issue, but if I do, I will only be calling Fox!
Fox Refrigeration is a fantastic company to work with. They are able to troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise. Lead time on parts, if needed, is very quick. Shout out to Kevin, very friendly, knows his stuff. Always able to diagnose and fix any issue. Office staff is also very pleasant to deal with and great at communicating. Highly recommend using Fox Refrigeration.
I'd like to thank fox for their quick response to my A/C needs this past summer. On one of the hottest days I called Fox, the girl I spoke to on the phone who's name is Ashley said she would send someone out asap. 3 hours later their tech Kevin was there and the issue was resolved with the A/C back in use within the hour. Thanks again to Fox!
