The *** should not even advertise this company!! It's such a shame. I found them online via ***.org, I'm a Healthcare professional and remote learning seemed a good idea at the time. I have an undue charge of $145 on my credit card on 31st January, 2022.I had taken up the *** course and certification in the week of 25th August-2nd September, 2021 as a requirement of MS ******* in *************************. I have never received any emails after I returned the equipment as guided. I'm feeling like this company is a complete scam. I paid to rent CPR equipment which was supposed to take 2-4 days to receive. It's now been 12 days and I haven't received even a shipping number. I've tried calling, leaving voicemails, emails and none of my calls have been returned. I haven't been able to speak to a single person on the phone. Absolutely horrible and disappointing. I want my money back.
This company is committing fraud and profiting off the covid-19 pandemic. Taking the hard earned $ of our healthcare personnel with absolutely no intention of even providing an email. So you give them $100. They "say" they are sending you the mannequin. It never ships. You never hear a reply from the owner. They need investigated and should be ashamed of themselves.
The least competent company I have ever encountered. Not least competent medical company. Least competent company. Period. It seems to good to be true. On 4/23 I purchased their program. A complete online cpr class with skills check off on zoom. I was connected to this company by searching through aha.org class schedule. Hoping to get recertified before my current lapsed. Once you sign up you get an email confirming your class, and who your instructor will be, and that they will contact you with more info and payment options. Very unprofessional in dealing with customers. There was a misunderstanding and I wasn’t able to complete part of my course, and went weeks calling and emailing them to figure it out. Voicemail is full for every number, and no email reply. I had to schedule a BLS course through a different provider, and had to push my work start date back a whole week. This business is 100% a fraud. American Heart Association doesn't allow 100%online classes without meeting with an instructor or without the instructor sending you the equipment and monitoring you through a online video platform, and then shipping the equipment back to them. REPORTED to the American Heart Association and they have also said this is not legit. Request a refund and go to a real place after filing additional complaints to help get this place shut down ASAP
