Have been living here going on three years now. Virginia is seriously underrated. Very sweet old woman. Michelle is very nice. Maintenance repairs are timely. Community between the Lee and the Frances is very nice. Vintage apartments are well kept. Lots of squirrels. I feed them nuts sometimes. Love being here.
I have not seen any of the interior apartments, however, the exterior architectural detail is beautiful. It is easy access (across the street) from the Farmer's Market. Very close to the Capitol, so quite convenient, if one worked in the numerous office buildings close by. Also, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.
They don't answer their phone calls or reply to your interests.
