We get chicken fingers from Franco’s frequently. Called and ordered a single order of chicken fingers we Is a normal order for us. Get it home there is 3 fingers in the order. Called to let them know and we were informed by management that yes a single order is now 3 fingers for 11.99 plus tax. There is an order of 5 it’s 16.99 plus tax. So buyer beware if you order a single order it’s now only 3 fingers.
AGAIN ANOTHER MESSED UP ORDER!! WRONG PIZZA AND ARGUE ABOUT FIXING IT AND MAKING IT RIGHT . NEVER AGAIN. PRETTY BAD YOU WHEN YOU UAD A $10 CREDIT FROM A PREVIOUS SCREW UP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PPACE AS THERE CUSTOMER IS THE WORST IN TOWN AND COUNTER STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND LAZY! GO BILLS!
After ordering from Franco’s on Eggert Road for the past two and a half years, they informed me after a two hour wait for my last order that we are out of their range for delivery. The manager said we must have slipped through a couple of times. We have countless orders in the past two years and we have seen Franco’s delivery vehicles driving down our street a number of times in the past. I ordered ahead of time with a pickup time of 5:30. when I got there ti pick up it wasn't even started. waited til 6om
My pizza was delivered smashed and then it took the company over an hour to get me the 2nd pizza. I totally get that mistakes can happen but it is how the company handles the mistake (waiting over an hour and being told it was dinner rush over over is not the right way to handle the mistake).
well placed a online order and the idiots can't follow simple instructions. food was total wrong. if they were where I live they would be closed cause people wouldn't go there. dont waste your money on this establishment.
WORST Francos location I have ever ordered from. TERRIBLE service and their pizza is greasy and they didn't follow any directions on my order what so ever. I will NEVER order from this location ever again!
