Wish I could place an order. Just tried for 10 minutes on line and then called, TWICE. Both times, the phone rang, someone picked up and hung up. Was going to place a nice size order for my school, we often use Franco's. But time is of the essence... Kids want their pizza! Bummer.
Terrible staff, immature, rude, slow. Bad customer service. All around terrible. Go to bocces!
On occasion they get the order right. More ofen than not its messed up. This is the second occasion that delivery took almost 2 hours. When calling they had no answer as to where the driver was. Offered a free meal but driver never showed!
Was told 25-30 minutes for personal pizza and small fry. Got there at the 30 minute mark and paid and was told they were waiting for my fries. I waited another 20 minutes for my food! Get home to open boxes and find fries that were over cooked and the pizza was cold and soggy! This location is going downhill real bad!
I got bbq bread sticks, they are my favorite there. This time they made them so nasty!!!!, Way to much sauce it was so gross I'll never ever go back! Disgusting!
