I have used Frank for the last 2 home purchases we’ve made. Frank stays in contact, and while I tried to connect with him mostly during business hours, he never minded if it was after standard business hours. He is thorough, professional and communicative. I will send all my friends and family to Frank!
Frank did an amazing job on communicating with us on everything that was going on with our loan status. He stayed connected every step of the way on our loan. I absolutely loved how he explained everything in terms that we could understand and how Alayna who worked next to him on the back part of dealing with the underwriters to help put a push on our paperwork.
