had 3 teeth extraction done today..less than an hour ago. I would recommend Franklin Dental to ANYONE that needs a dentist. Dr. Bell was the surgeon, he was wonderful and pretty quick. He talks and checks on you through the whole procedure. He even call you friend 🧡 ()I advise you to choose him if you need help. #wonderfulpeople #teamwork #focus Franklin Dental Gray highway Macon. This place is awful. First, their answering service is someone that barely speaks English. I kept asking to speak to her supervisor because I didn’t feel she understood what appointment I needed for our daughter. I was trying to make the appointment so Youth Dentistry of Macon but after speaking to her the appointment confirmation email was for Franklin Dental. Review In Real Time: 1. The office is packed with people. Seems that they book too many patients for the same time slots. Which causes extremely long wait times. 2. I came in and sat down at 8:15 am, there was a large number of patients already seated. It’s now 10:00 am and they are still waiting to be seen. They are calling patient names in groups, however been over an hour since they’ve called anyone else. 3. The waiting area is neat and clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. 4. This was the worst dental office I've ever seen in my life... yes my family receives medicaid but I refuse to allow my children to be seen in this type of establishment... very dark gloomy atmosphere very unclean not welcoming definitely not kid friendly and the waiting is ridiculous sad I could just go on and on like I was truly upset by this experience im definitely one that knows struggle but for you to be a business offering services yall really need to do better like couldn't nobody wipe the glass down get trash out the... read more
