From first visit and until last visit Franklin Dental exemplified fast professional and courteous service to my daughter and myself. The staff are polite and respectful. The hygienist was exceptionally nice to my daughter. She noticed her being afraid somewhat and took notice to calm her down by talking to her which made her more relaxed so she could numb her up and give her the shots in her mouth to totally numb her. had 3 teeth extraction done today..less than an hour ago. I would recommend Franklin Dental to ANYONE that needs a dentist. Dr. Bell was the surgeon, he was wonderful and pretty quick. Review In Real Time: 1. The office is packed with people. Seems that they book too many patients for the same time slots. Which causes extremely long wait times. 2. I came in and sat down at 8:15 am, there was a large number of patients already seated. It’s now 10:00 am and they are still waiting to be seen. This is the place to go if you just have time to waste! They'll set you an "appointment" but that's just a show time. I have been here with my daughter (3 years old) twice and both times, we were in there for over an hour. My most recent visit (Feb 11), I walked out. The staff has no respect for your time as they don't communicate any delays they're experiencing. This was a positive dental experience. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. The dedication and caring service made the extraction almost pain free.
