From first visit and until last visit Franklin Dental exemplified fast professional and courteous service to my daughter and myself. The staff are polite and respectful. The hygienist was exceptionally nice to my daughter. She noticed her being afraid somewhat and took notice to calm her down by talking to her which made her more relaxed so she could numb her up and give her the shots in her mouth to totally numb her. had 3 teeth extraction done today..less than an hour ago. I would recommend Franklin Dental to ANYONE that needs a dentist. Dr. Bell was the surgeon, he was wonderful and pretty quick. This place is awful. First, their answering service is someone that barely speaks English. I kept asking to speak to her supervisor because I didn’t feel she understood what appointment I needed for our daughter. I was trying to make the appointment so Youth Dentistry of Macon but after speaking to her the appointment confirmation email was for Franklin Dental. Review In Real Time: 1. The office is packed with people. Seems that they book too many patients for the same time slots. Which causes extremely long wait times. 2. I came in and sat down at 8:15 am, there was a large number of patients already seated. It’s now 10:00 am and they are still waiting to be seen.
