From first visit and until last visit Franklin Dental exemplified fast professional and courteous service to my daughter and myself. The staff are polite and respectful. The hygienist was exceptionally nice to my daughter. She noticed her being afraid somewhat and took notice to calm her down by talking to her which made her more relaxed so she could numb her up and give her the shots in her mouth to totally numb her. Dr. Spaulding and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I was extremely scared, they made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. I enjoyed the experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, professional Care.
I was referred here by another office bc they did not accept peach state health plan. We are new to Georgia so we are working our trying to find medical care facilities. My daughter and I went today and noticed that the front desk was not very clean but not super dirty buuuut I’ve never been to a doctors office where the front desk wasn’t clean. The staff is patient and professional. The wait time is the problem. There is no reason I sat for four hours for a cleaning, then for my little kids another 2 1/2 hours this is unacceptable and MY FAMILY OF 6 WILL NOT BE RETURNING AFTER THIS. This is total of five appointments and literally my whole day is taken away. I was late for other things and not to mention THERE IS NOTHING FOR YOUR KIDS TO DO. My daughter is autistic level 3 and literally NOTHING. But they did try because the staff is pretty dang awesome
Dr. Smith was soft-spoken, soothing, and very honest throughout the visit, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I also appreciated how clearly everything was explained—especially the education provided about my treatment. One thing I really value is that they open as early as 7 AM, which makes scheduling much easier.
