I was referred here by another office bc they did not accept peach state health plan. We are new to Georgia so we are working our trying to find medical care facilities. My daughter and I went today and noticed that the front desk was not very clean but not super dirty buuuut I’ve never been to a doctors office where the front desk wasn’t clean. The staff there is AMAZING!!! They got me in and out in under an hour! I had a tooth pulled today and I didn’t feel a thing. The staff are very nice and they answer any and all question without giving attitude and that’s what I value the most. Also the dentist that pulled my tooth explained the whole process in detail and he was super fast, all I felt was just a lil bit of pressure and that’s it, I didn’t even know that my tooth was out until he was putting the cotton in mouth that’s how fast he was. I had three teeth extracted today, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was nervous going in, but the dentist was absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable, calm, and cared for throughout the entire process. Everything was explained to me, they were patient with me, and the extractions went so much smoother than I expected. I took my mom here. This was our 2nd time. The feont desk help is so detached and remote. They are not inviting or courteous at all. In addition, it took 2 hours for my mom to be called to the back. However, I will say that the dentist and the tech (person assisting the dentist) were great!
The staff is patient and professional. The wait time is the problem. There is no reason I sat for four hours for a cleaning, then for my little kids another 2 1/2 hours this is unacceptable and MY FAMILY OF 6 WILL NOT BE RETURNING AFTER THIS. This is total of five appointments and literally my whole day is taken away. I was late for other things and not to mention THERE IS NOTHING FOR YOUR KIDS TO DO. My daughter is autistic level 3 and literally NOTHING. But they did try because the staff is pretty dang awesome
