I’ve been coming here for years and although the service is great, the building is filthy. The carpet in the waiting room is disgusting and the windows are completely filthy. I wish that they would take the time to actually hire a cleaning crew to maintain this place. The chairs are all ripped and even the touch screen computers for the kids to play games on are disgusting to touch. It’s almost as if they don’t care about the aesthetic of this place. I cannot say enough amazing things about Franklin Dental, Dr. Suk, and Karina! My son was in extreme dental pain, and from the moment we walked in, they treated us with urgency, compassion, and professionalism. They were able to quickly assess the situation, identify that he had multiple cavities, and immediately put a plan into action. Not only did they get him started on antibiotics right away to address the pain and infection, but they also worked efficiently to complete his fillings in a timely manner. This location, over books. Will have you waiting well past the time of you scheduled appointment. Also will try to make multiple appointments for something can can be done in two visits max. As a working single mother I would not recommend this location. May I also add, they will change a services the day of the appointment in office. I was forced to cancel both appointments for my children.

I’ve had mostly positive experiences with Franklin Dental until today. My granddaughter was denied her appointment because I was suddenly told I must provide legal guardianship documents that were never requested before. She has been seen here for a year without issue. No prior notice was given about this requirement, which resulted in a missed appointment and unnecessary disruption. Better communication is needed.

This office is a bit different than I am used to, but I have to say there are two hygienists here that are the absolute best! Whether you are paired with Cyndi or Lisa, you will not be disappointed Both are very professional, through and fun. The kids love to go to the dentists all because of these 2 ladies!! Great Job!
