This location, over books. Will have you waiting well past the time of you scheduled appointment. Also will try to make multiple appointments for something can can be done in two visits max. As a working single mother I would not recommend this location. May I also add, they will change a services the day of the appointment in office. I was forced to cancel both appointments for my children.
I’ve had mostly positive experiences with Franklin Dental until today. My granddaughter was denied her appointment because I was suddenly told I must provide legal guardianship documents that were never requested before. She has been seen here for a year without issue. No prior notice was given about this requirement, which resulted in a missed appointment and unnecessary disruption. Better communication is needed.
i’ve NEVER heard that i am not allowed in the back with my 6 year old for his dental cleanings. I don’t know you guys and you expect me to leave my child alone in your care while i wait outside is absolutely insane. I called three other dentists in the surrounding areas didn’t have a clue on their weird policy i would never recommend taking your child here if you actually love and care for them and want the best for them. Amazing service! The staff took great care of my daughter and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, even without an appointment. Big thanks to the front desk for being so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
dropped the little cotron roll in my mouth and almost choked and they were laughing when it had happened. Had water spilling from out of my mouth and just water leaking everywhere on me and had water gone up my nose but didn’t let me clean it so i had to take deep breathes till it the procedure was done. Mouth wasn’t numbed fully and felt almost everything.
