I just know that of all the dentist we could've gone to, God literally sent us to Franklin Dentistry, with Dr. Suk and her wonderful staff. With our family's inherited condition, we experience alot of teeth related abnormalities. Well, this staff was knowledgeable, experienced and beyond prepared to help us all the way through. We love this dental office! The staff, including the front desk ladies are awesome! If my kids feel comfortable, welcomed, and are cared for then 5 stars it is!
I would recommend Franklin Dental to anyone needing dental work!! The staff is very kind and caring! They actually take my insurance (Amerigroup for pregnant women) and they do good work!! I had pain in my mouth from a previous fill in and the dentist (Dr. T) went above and beyond measures to ensure that the problem was fixed and I was comfortable! I went in for wisdom teeth extraction Mr.robert bell was so wonderful he made me feel comfortable, didn’t make me feel any type of way for reacting with pain. He was so patient along with his assistant they both were absolutely wonderful. Thank you again Mr. Bell for removing my winsome teeth I’d recommend this location to anyone! I’ll be back for more teeth work once healed. Can’t thank you enough !
We only went in for x rays for my son, but we were very comfortable at this location. The interactive play screens didn’t work, but thankfully they had coloring sheets to keep the kiddos occupied. I am loving this location so far. Let’s see how it goes when we go in for his procedure next month. Might I add, the Dr did kind of rush us through, she came in counted his teeth and then was literally running out the door as I was asking questions. That was a little off putting, but everything else was smooth and easy.
