i’ve NEVER heard that i am not allowed in the back with my 6 year old for his dental cleanings. I don’t know you guys and you expect me to leave my child alone in your care while i wait outside is absolutely insane. I called three other dentists in the surrounding areas didn’t have a clue on their weird policy i would never recommend taking your child here if you actually love and care for them and want the best for them. We only went in for x rays for my son, but we were very comfortable at this location. The interactive play screens didn’t work, but thankfully they had coloring sheets to keep the kiddos occupied. I am loving this location so far. Let’s see how it goes when we go in for his procedure next month. Might I add, the Dr did kind of rush us through, she came in counted his teeth and then was literally running out the door as I was asking questions. That was a little off putting, but everything else was smooth and easy.
I just know that of all the dentist we could've gone to, God literally sent us to Franklin Dentistry, with Dr. Suk and her wonderful staff. With our family's inherited condition, we experience alot of teeth related abnormalities. Well, this staff was knowledgeable, experienced and beyond prepared to help us all the way through. They all treated us with so much respect and understanding. That was such a relief. I'm just so grateful we have her and her staff's expertise and professionalism in our corner. Run parents. Take your kids anywhere else. This establishment is horrible. They are rude and don’t communicate with the parents effectively. They lie about treatments to get more money. The doctors don’t communicate with parents, they send the hygienist who when you ask a questions says let me ask the doctor. If I could it would be 0 stars.
I can’t speak to the quality of their dental care bc we were never seen. My special needs sons were given appointments. I filled out all the paperwork - submitted it in a timely manner. Called to confirm which location they would be seen at - and was told that their appointments were cancelled bc they only see children for cleaning. Yet they made the appointments knowing their ages - and had me fill out copious amounts of paperwork. They never informed me that the appointments were cancelled. The office refused to g... read more
