I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My ex-husband has been in Franklin Meadows. They do not have enough help there. Everybody is friendly, but they keep the residents confined to a small area. Either you're in your room or you go into the kitchen eating area and that's it. It could be they're short of staff or whatever, but I just don't feel like they give the patients the stimulation that they need. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I think the staff at Franklin Meadows is great. My loved one has dementia and they are very well trained on how to handle it. The only complaint I have is the building its in very bad shape. Wish they would move to a new building.
