Definitely need to redo the parking lots but nice people live in this complex
Rent increases every year, management office is closed more than open, phone is ignored more than not. Parking lot has more potholes and is more damaging than any parking lot I’ve EVER seen! Neighborhood children run around loud and unsupervised. There are none of the ammenities the website claims to have, either, so you’re paying over $1200 a month with no ammenities to damage your car. AWFUL COMPANY TO RENT FROM.
New manager Liz is awesome. Working hard and doing what she can to make this place great. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of very quickly. Great place for me and my family!
Wife , stepdaughter and myself feel welcome to Franklin square , neighbors are friendly , Jaimie and Jeff are a top notch team , very professional and communication with residents is outstanding ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
