I am having a great experience with Franklin s best storage of course it's very convenient being across the street from me but I'm also enjoying the help I have been receiving from Ally and Eric they have been very nice and helped me set up my account and pay my bill very nice company I'm so glad to be apart of this experience
The customer service rep (Jasmine) was absolutely wonderful helping me today, she was very informative and know her job very well, keep her she's great.

While I was impressed by your agent (Hanzie), I was very disappointed to have to change the unit to my name, and pay a months rent. My brother went into assisted living last week. It was a shock and a financial hardship, further complicated by the 10 page application. We found that there was very little there. Your email and processes moved smoothly. I would recommend you to friends or family, but your move out from required a reason. My brother has been placed in hospice care, and I had no notice.
