I am writing this to let you know that Fraser Villa is one of the finest rehab facility in the area. Fraser Villa, the nurses are fantastic and the social work director Narmen is fantastic. April is one of them best nurses in charge and she is very accurate of what she does

I was at Fraser Villa for a week and half for rehab after a fall. Rehab was okay, most of the time I sat unattended because they were working with other patients or talking among themselves. I felt some of the equipment should have been cleaned after each patient. The nurses were okay, a few were in a big hurry to administer medication and when I asked what I was getting I didn’t get an answer. Gerald was always very attentive. My dad was a resident at Frasier Villa for almost three months, and I cannot say enough positive things about this facility. His journey to Frasier Villa was not easy—he initially went to a different rehab center after breaking his hip, which was an absolutely horrible experience. Unfortunately, he fell again, broke his wrist, and ended up back in the hospital for about two weeks. From there, he was transferred to Frasier Villa, and the difference was night and day. Nursing staff is amazing and work hard. The physical therapy department is awful! They put a report in that my mom can get up by herself and walk with a walker. My mom cannot walk with a walker, cannot get up by herself at all! 2 days before she got discharged, they found that she had a broken pelvis. Not their fault, but she definitely should not have been discharged! Now we are somewhere else that we had to pay out of pocket and she is in so much pain that it is pitiful.
