My visit to Frederick Dental Solutions for a cleaning and check-up was very low stress. There was almost no wait time, and everyone is very nice and friendly. My hygienist, Sam, was a surprise because I had never encountered a male hygienist before, but he was very good at what he does. Dr. Kerr is very knowledgeable and thorough. A very pleasant visit!
My family and I have been coming to this location for years. From Frederick Dental to now Frederick Dental Solutions. I must say, I am very happy with the transition - Dr Kerr and Mandy are pretty amazing. I tend to get very anxious during dental visits, and they were able to make me feel so comfortable and calm during my procedure. Much appreciated :)
My first visit.... Dr. Kerr and Assistant Mandy did a thorough assessment and provided a detailed treatment plan for me, to include what Dr. Kerr believes is the highest priority. The plan provided estimated costs for each service. (Other dentists that I have seen within the last year or so have provided me the cost of my visit on the day of my visit and often it is a surprise the amount of the visit, primarily because of the out-of-network insurance, and it IS expected that I pay that total amount at that time.) Had my first appointment with Dr. Kerr to fix a broken front tooth. My first impression is that she is an excellent dentist; very knowledgeable, thorough, and skilled. My tooth was expertly fixed and looks great. Her dental assistant was fantastic and the rapport between her and Dr. Kerr made for a very relaxing visit. My husband will also be making an appointment with Dr. Kerr for some major dental work. We have confidence that she will do an excellent job. I highly recommend this practice.
The whole dental experience was top notch! The hygienist explained a lot more than any other I have had in over 50 years. The staff all work so well together and really work hard to create a great dental experience. Dr Kerr is one of the best Dentists I have ever experienced with her vast work experience and honest and strong work ethics she puts you immediately at ease . She easily builds trust in her work capabilities.
