Purchased BMW 850 GSA had a good experience. They even found someone to ship the bike since I’m out of state. Update - special thanks to Preston Dendy he and the team. The Bike has been absolutely amazing. Had oil drip and they ended up covering cost for fix !! AZ BDR next month!
Went in yesterday, Saturday 3/23 looking to get a BMW 1250 GS Adventure, and while initially being greeted in the way in, could not get anyone to help. Came in preapproved from my bank and BMW, and nobody wanted to help. Guess I will be going to BMW of North Dallas to purchase the bike. Sure was a pretty bike I was going to buy from them yesterday.
Bought a new GS1250A from these guys last summer. Love the bike however the service is terrible. Every single time I call I'm passed from service to parts and back multiple times. Then I have to explain my issue repeatedly only to find the one guy who may have an answer is not available. This has been a consistent issue. Would not have bought from this dealership if I knew this would be a problem.
