I just wanted to share some positive thoughts about this place. I have been thinking about getting me a four wheeler for a while and have been looking at a few online. We bought two bikes from this location. I gotta say, I love the staff. Everyone is so inviting. This is going to sound corny, but I love how they celebrate every purchase. They announce it across the store & shoot off a glitter gun. I love that! It makes me want to buy something else 😂. Seriously, they are great. I highly recommend this dealership!
I found a used Harley Davidson online priced well and went in for a look. Austin my salesman was friendly and was happy to show me around other bikes I wanted to compare. Purchase process went fairly smooth. My only gripe is the bike was supposedly inspected which they charge you for in the price of the bike and it had a few small issues right off the bat. We had such a great experience purchasing our Ranger crew 570. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had making a purchase of a vehicle. Austin and Aneil were so knowledgeable and friendly. They worked so hard for us and made us feel like part of the fam. Chief was the absolute best as well. Will definitely be coming back for all of our needs in the future!
Our experience at RideNow McKinney was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional, and they made our experience buying our new Ranger a pleasant one.
