Sabrina was awesome and has great costumer service skills. I had actually reserved a unit at one of your competitors.at a lower rate. However they wouldn't answer the phone to complete my application. When I called Freedom, this person answered,( Sabrina) and from the beginning she simplified it and didn't attempt to pressure me or over sell me. Originally I wasn't going to be able to go by Freedom to view the units until Friday, however because of Sabrina's professionalism,I changed my schedule and went over before closin... read more

You did very well.
Friendly and quickly got us into a shed so we could spend our day doing other things besides in the office doing paperwork its clean and safe i liked the guy who worked there he was helpful
My experience was great! The guy who helped me went above and beyond to help me and he was kind and very friendly! If I could give 10 stars I would!
Customer Service was great and efficient. The storage unit was nice and clean
