I was in need of a quick storage solution and decided to give Freedom Storage a try. I signed up online and called the number that was texted to me as confirmation for my unit reservation. Cris picked up the phone and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with my questions. When I arrived at my unit, there seemed to be a pile of someone’s things in front of it. I called Cris back and she took care of me immediately! I got a different unit and was on my way. I highly recommend Freedom for your storage needs!
Needed a storage unit for my son in college for the summer. Anticipated it being a difficult task as I was nowhere near the college personally. Truly could not have been easier and the Cris was beyond helpful. in less than 10 minutes the task was complete and The kids could start filling the unit that day! I’ve had a great experience working with Cris at freedom storage! She has always been there to help with any questions I might I have. It was an easy process to set up my u it and pay for it. She’s kind and nice to work with. I will continue to use them for all of my storage needs!! I suggest checking them out if you are looking for a place short or long term if u need storage to put anything!! This is my first time using them and so far my favorite place out of everywhere I’ve used!
We love our storage unit; in fact we just upgraded to a larger one. Our unit is an indoor one and the building is nice and clean. I just walk in, use my easy padlock and roll up the door (some storage places have ratty, dented doors, but the ones here are very nice and new-looking so we've never had one stick). There is even a large rolling cart that I can use to load in all my stuff.
