From the first day I met them they have done everything for me with a smile and a good attitude. I say "they" because everyone I have talked to from freedom care has been so nice and they offer advice or information to be certain that I understand... Freedom is a great company the only thing I didn’t like about them was the lack of a phone call when my client did not want me to care for her anymore. I had to call them to find out why I had no schedule for the day after driving to the clients home. When I called freedom they said “yeah I can’t tell you any information not even the clients name” I was confused because I gave them the clients name.

This agency was supposed to help me, but they never provided any caretakers. It felt like I was never actually part of their service. Even though I left the company over six months ago, they still call me, claiming that nurses are coming to see me—despite not having worked with my insurance during that time. Every time they call (or I call them), the first thing they ask for is my name and date of birth. No other agency I've worked with has ever needed that just to talk.
