This agency in my opinion seems very sketchy I signed up to become a home health aide did all the necessary documents back and forth in contact with them everything that they needed. Moving forward I have the orientation zoom that went well, after that nothing! The app never works in order to look for cases I still haven't yet had my my coordinator reach out to me, I have only spoken with her once briefly and that was that. Freedom is a great company the only thing I didn’t like about them was the lack of a phone call when my client did not want me to care for her anymore. I had to call them to find out why I had no schedule for the day after driving to the clients home. When I called freedom they said “yeah I can’t tell you any information not even the clients name” I was confused because I gave them the clients name.

From the first day I met them they have done everything for me with a smile and a good attitude. I say "they" because everyone I have talked to from freedom care has been so nice and they offer advice or information to be certain that I understand... The world would be such a nice place if everyone was so thoughtful. Thank you, Don Houghton

Very pleased with Freedom Care everyone that You speak with is so pleasant, professional, and knowable about almost any question that's asked of them. Just all around friendly and eager to help long before I communicate with my Coordinator. It's so nice to be able to be cared for by my family member instead of a stranger. I should have did it long time ago ; But I didn't know about the service. A friend told me. CDPAP is a Very Good Program. If You choose Freedom Care You will not be disappointed. 😃🤗

Freedom care has been a lifesaver for me. I'm so happy that my daughter helped me to join Freedom Care services. I really appreciate how Freedom Care helps me to be able to get the things done that I needed help with. I would recommend freedom to anyone that can benefit from their services. Thank you Freedom Care for everything that you provide.
