Generally it was very good. Our only issue was the paperwork got messed up a number of times in processing , which created a long time to get everything done. I believe it was about 12 weeks. However when everyone who was involved got it all together. It’s been a great experience for our family.
The care I receive from freedom care is top notch. If I ever have any questions, there are quick to provide me an answer or find the answers I’m looking for. They are very courteous and respectful of me. I am truly thankful for Freedom Care.
Some Pros- setting schedule to what works for me and the patient that works for us. Getting paid weekly or every 2 weeks your options to decide. Some cons- the check are webster bank an in oregon there is no webster bank so I suggest direct deposit as payment asap. When needing to contest the care team with urgent questions on almost questions we have to wait a long period of time for a response back they say 24 hours to 72 hours to get a real response.
I live in Missouri and i really appreciate having my family being able to take care of me and getting paid for it is just a bonus.
