It's great getting paid every Friday. With direct deposit it comes a day early. The staff is really attentivei do not like how on top of me they are about clock in times because my dad and i have an agreement about me starting when i want and just staying later but with them they have to make a schedule and as soon as they see you aren't clocked in at the scheduled time they start calling you. I get that they are just trying to take care of the client so. It's understandable.
I am only giving 3 star because when I was hired, I was told I would be receiving a certain amount per hour. When I got my first paystub, I noticed I was receiving $2 less per hour than what I was hired at. When I brought this wage theft to management attention, the best the best they could do was raise me to $1 less than what I was hired at. FreedomCare is really awesome to work with once you get started and setup. Very easy to use. You get reminders in case you forget to do a daily report along with a phone call if you don't happen to see the text reminder. Everyone I've worked with has been very professional and friendly. I highly recommend their service.
Freedom Care has been a really great company for me and my partner! Everything so far has been pretty simple and straight forward. We enjoy the staff always being friendly and extremely helpful!
