Freedom Care is amazing !! Customer service was so helpful. They do everything for you to get started. Without this service I would have to have a stranger in my home everyday. I get to pick my care partner and that makes me feel lucky to have this opportunity with Freedom Care. The App is easy to use and they answered all my questions and concerns. I’m so glad I picked this company. I have access to my case worker if I have any questions. Highly recommend.
They are a great place to work with! The process is typically lengthy but they made it so quick and painless despite obstacles. I am a Caregiver for my mother in law with whome I share the same name and because of how secure they are with every form of contact, there were no mistakes. Couldn't have found a better company to help care for my MIL.
I had home health once before.I Honestly didn't care for the way The Company treated me. But Freedomcare is Amazing! They stay in touch and I know from My 1st helper. If you have a problem with your weekly application and filling it out. Freedomcare will let you know. And will help you out with it. I highly recommend Freedomcare to anyone needing a good caring home health service.
