The 9:30 Club is an historic and amazing venue. Even with having to stand for 2 to 3 hours at my age, it's my favorite DC music venue. Sound is great and they book the best bands. I always enjoy seeing concerts there with my last recent concert being the Paper Kites. Excellent show and I also enjoyed the opening act Donovan Woods. Thanks for existing!
This in an incredible venue! There is plenty of space but you feel so up close and personal with the artists. The security is top notch and ensures people’s safety. Security handed out water between sets. The bars are well stocked and keep water pitchers out. I love the dedication to sustainability with the reusable cups. They also provided ear protection when I asked (forgot my loop ear plugs). I hope to go to many more shows here.
The 9:30 Club is an outstanding venue. The venue is unique and not a bad seat/view in the house. I specifically love that it’s full-service— food, coffee, beers, whatever you want— all in a small venue! That’s unreal. I love the staff as well— friendly and organized.
Legendary music venue, there isnt a bad spot to see a show in the place. Great balcony views with plenty of bar and food options throughout. Parking is also easy, you can reserve a spot when you buy a ticket or find street parking around the area fairly easily.
Great venue. Parking is a bit tricky but there is a garage directly across the street. Staff were helpful and diligent, drink prices were reasonable for a DC venue, and sound quality was good. Absolutely would attend another show here.
