We have been tenants for 2.5 years and are happy to be renewing our lease for another year. Throughout our time here, Metar Catalan and Patricia Sotiryadis have been incredibly helpful and professional. They made the lease renewal process smooth and stress-free, showing great patience and attentiveness to our needs and concerns. We truly appreciate their dedication and support, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend!
Scott Higgins at Freestone Property Group is hands-down one of the best landlords I’ve ever had. When I got a little confused about my rent schedule, he hopped on a 45-minute call with me, patiently walked through every detail, and made sure I felt totally comfortable. This man was very helpful, a Master of the repair of many different systems, Including this very expensive range hood. Actually, the primary superintendent and another superintendent were also extremely helpful, fixing things or beginning repairs on things that have been needed. All 3 who came to help were Professional and helpful.
This review is for Bogdan and his team who installed a new fence in our backyard this past week. The team was very friendly, respectful, and finished the job ahead of schedule. We've been in the unit for over three years and have seen a lot of positive change in management recently (we had to invest on our own in making the backyard a usable space when we first moved in) so it is nice to feel that management is making upkeep of properties more of a priority and responding much quicker to maintenance issues. He has assisted me beyond his normal responsibilities to connect me with other departments in Freestone.
