Ar-Jay is the absolute best executive at Freestone! He is extremely responsive, explains all details with care and knows how to represent your brand professionally. He has assisted me beyond his normal responsibilities to connect me with other departments in Freestone. This is the kind of executive that you should maintain as a mentor to others on what great service looks like. Absolutely a great person to work with. If it weren't for Byron, I think I would've lost my mind. He is the NICEST super I've ever come across. Very responsive, extremely helpful, really kind - all of the things you'd hope a super would be. I'm gutted he won't be at the new apartment but whoever moves in and gets the fortune of having him look after your building, just know you're in good hands.
This review is for Bogdan and his team who installed a new fence in our backyard this past week. The team was very friendly, respectful, and finished the job ahead of schedule. We've been in the unit for over three years and have seen a lot of positive change in management recently (we had to invest on our own in making the backyard a usable space when we first moved in) so it is nice to feel that management is making upkeep of properties more of a priority and responding much quicker to maintenance issues. Byron is AMAZING. He’s always available to help and so responsive. He genuinely cares about people and is just a great human. I’ve been so grateful to have Byron as the super for my apartment
When I first moved into my unit, I experienced a number of challenges, everything under the sun, you name it, it happened. Thankfully, Scott Higgins stepped in and truly listened to my concerns. He not only took the time to hear me out, but also came up with multiple solutions to address the issues I was facing.
