Due to unforeseen circumstances, a short-term rental was needed, preventing a direct move into a permanent apartment. The owner offered a warm welcome and was exceptionally kind and helpful. The owner went above and beyond to make the person feel comfortable and at home. The owner provided precise directions to the storage unit. The unit was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This facility is wholeheartedly recommended to anyone needing storage, as it provides a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.
We have units here and they Fantastic! They are super clean & well maintained. We love that they're climate controlled. They provide carts for loading several items at a time. They're accessible 24/7 & have security cameras. We love that they offer insurance on your belongings. They're ran by amazing people that have gotten back to us any time that we needed anything. Highly recommend this storage facility!
We have had two units here for the past year, and we have had a wonderful experience! The units are clean and well-maintained, and the customer service has been excellent! Kelly has always been available anytime I’ve called and she has always been super helpful. Freeway Storage is definitely the best in town and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Clean facility with plenty of carts to help facilitate moving items around. I appreciate the locks provided upon rental and the extra touch by the owner to contact me directly to thank me and offer any additional help and ask if I had any questions. Ease of rental online is a plus!
