Having stayed at nine airbnbs, I rank this experience the best thus far. We reserved one of Sandy's properties and were due to check in at 4. Since we have an 8 month old, she allowed us to temporarily stay at one of her many other properties. This one is in Lake Forest. I've lived in this area since 1997 and have never been in this neighborhood. It's amazing! I'd literally buy this house for my family. I stayed for a little over a month in the beautiful Villa Condo. What a delightful place! It was super clean, and the cute beach themed decorating details were appreciated by me. I love staying in places where you can tell the owner's take pride in creating a welcoming environment. I especially appreciated the privacy of having my own entrance and parking spot. We feel so lucky we got to rent Fresh Advantage's 1,350 sqft beach cottage. We stayed there for about 2.5 weeks in May 2025. We have booked a lot of AirBnbs in the past, and this has to be the best for surpassing all expectations. It was immaculately clean, decorated, and well-appointed. The instructions were abundantly clear. The communication was exceptional. The place felt safe and secure, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our stay at this Airbnb was incredible! The home was spotless and impeccably maintained, both inside and out. The lush vegetation made waking up feel like stepping into paradise, creating a peaceful and private retreat. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood was very safe and conveniently located near great local spots. If you’re looking for a pristine, serene getaway, this is the perfect place. We would absolutely stay here again!
