Sandy's place was great. Excellent value as it is more inland, but still cool temperatures, and with the 73 toll road or Moulton Pkwy you have fast access to the beach. But most important to me is that it was quiet. The community was friendly, I never had a problem parking (my truck would not fit in the garage), and the pool was clean and refreshing. Sandy was an excellent host. I can recommend this to you, and I will definitely stay here again.

Having stayed at nine airbnbs, I rank this experience the best thus far. We reserved one of Sandy's properties and were due to check in at 4. Since we have an 8 month old, she allowed us to temporarily stay at one of her many other properties. This one is in Lake Forest. I've lived in this area since 1997 and have never been in this neighborhood. It's amazing! I'd literally buy this house for my family. Great simple little place with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous 2 months! You can see the ocean and hear the waves crash during the night! The owners were quick to respond when we had AC issues and resolved the problem going above and beyond! A 5 minute walk to the beautiful Heisler Park and beaches. A quick walk to town and Whole Foods market. We will return!

I stayed for a little over a month in the beautiful Villa Condo. What a delightful place! It was super clean, and the cute beach themed decorating details were appreciated by me. I love staying in places where you can tell the owner's take pride in creating a welcoming environment. I especially appreciated the privacy of having my own entrance and parking spot.
