This location of Fresh Dental always provides excellent service. They are very thorough, friendly, and and go above an beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your visit. I’ve been to many dentists over the years and this one is the best.

I haven’t been to the dentist in quite awhile. I was embarrassed to even go because of the serious work I know I needed to get done. The staff was absolutely welcoming and positive. Dr.Hardiman, Erica & Jessica made me feel at ease and we’re able to assist with all of my questions and concerns. They provided me a detailed treatment plan that is flexible and easy to understand. I’ve always been terrified of the dentist. Going to these guys in as a relief that I can’t even begin to explain. The staff here is amazing and so kind.
From the office staff (Angelica) the DH’s (both Jamie and Tyler) and Dr Ganglani are so friendly, patient and sympathetic. I’m terrified of the dentist and the office is bright and clean and they have good music, it’s nice and chilly. They explain everything about my multi appt procedures step by step each visit. And I would highly recommend anyone terrified of going to the dentist, let them know and let them take care of you. My husband also goes and said Lisa was also wonderful.
Was very nervous walking into Fresh Dental Concord, but fortunately all the staff I came in contact with was great, friendly, and professional I recommend this dental office to to anyone with fears.
AMAZING is the one word for this place. Hubs had dental emergency. They got him right in, professional, clean, courteous, laid back yet super efficient. Very pleased with the Dr and staff. This place is outstanding! Exceptional! Will definitely drive the two hours to get further services!
I can’t tell you how amazing Dr. Reiter and his staff is! I haven’t smiled in 10 years and now I can! They made it painless, made sure I was comfortable, and now I have a fresh, full smile again. If you need anything done, fresh dental is the way to go!!! Thank you all so much!!! 5 Stars!!!

I have never had a positive experience at the dentist. Ever. It scares me to death. I shake. I hate it. But Dr. Johal, Shannon, Angelica and, in particular, Trisha made me feel so much better during and after my visit. Honestly it’s a wonderful place with a calming environment and everything a dentist office should be. I heard Shannon say “awesome sauce” twice while I was there.
