If I could give zero stars I would. I would have rather been locked up with a used car salesman, tax collector, and a DC Politician. All I wanted was a basic clean! That was going to take at least 2 appts as they needed to evaluate what type of cleaning I needed. All I wanted was a basic cleaning but could not get that. I had to have the ‘deep clean’ period, which was $500 dollars and 4 additional visits. After that they said I needed an additional $10k of work done. I would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone because they refused to do regular cleaning for me and told me you need a deep cleaning to charge more money out of my pocket and then charged my insurance company $225.53 for doing nothing! I went to another dentist and told me your teeth are in good condition very healthy and just need regular cleanings yearly and she did that for me. I think they are taking advantage of their patients to make more money and don't care about their reputation.

My wife went there for a tooth ache which we figured was a root canal. Huntersville said No, she needs to see a JMT specialist in Gastonia. The JMT said no you need a root canal. Came back a week later to put on a crown and they made it to short. Pretty poor dentistry.
My last appointment I was made to feel very bad about my teeth, not taking care of them well enough. I was very uncomfortable with the water scaler and more x-rays. They could have been nicer.
