I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment with the care we received during my child's recent appointment. During my child’s regular appointment he was made to stand on a malfunctioning Panaromic x ray machine for an extended period of time while the hygeinist was figuring out what was going on. I am giving the practice five stars solely due to my hygienist, Demetria. Everybody else (except the lady assisting the dentist) made me feel like it was all about money and the amount of services that they could get me to purchase. I’m not a fan of having to pay a deposit just to book an appointment. Demetria made my experience very pleasurable and made me feel valued. I just want to take a moment and say that I received Beyond excellent service at this Dental office. My root canal was performed flawlessly by doctor Bouali and his assistant Chris. Also I experienced outstanding care from Dr Rosenthal and his assistant Tamekia- the front office staff and Ms Dipti are so kind and helpful! The Professional flow of the office between the dentist and their staff and the patients is remarkable and I don't think many offices have that fluidity and respect. This place is wonderful!
Dr. Rosenthal is truly a master of his craft! I thought dentures were my only option, but he created a custom plan with implants and porcelain bridges that gave me a full set of beautiful, permanent teeth. At 56, I finally have the confident smile I always wanted. The staff at Fresh Dentali is friendly, handled all the insurance, and made payments easy. I can’t recommend Dr. Rosenthal and his team highly enough!
I am a new patient and have been working with Dr David Rosenthal and his team. They are all very professional and welcoming. They put me at ease straight away and Dr Rosenthal took the time to explain everything we would be doing for my dental health. Going to the Dentist can be unnerving But I will say he really puts his patience at ease quickly. I’m glad I found this team! Thanks Doc!
