I am a tenant of Fresh Start. They had taken over from a previous Management company so I wanted to wait a few months to fully get to know the workings of the company. I am beyond impressed with the response from Fresh Start every time I've needed them. From maintenance being fast and reliable, to the office personnel always there to answer any questions or issues within a very short time of reaching out for help. Not just answering questions and passing me on. These people love to solve problems and just make you happy!
I rarely write reviews, but I was very impressed with the commitment and dedication Fresh Start Property gives to their tenants. They go the extra mile to make sure tenants are taken care of. I would highly recommend this company.
This place is a joke! Makes you pay and extra $150.00 with the renewal of my lease for a cleaning charge! And I never moved out! Then charges me and extra $50.00/month to pay for a Maintenance fee. Which is ridiculous cause they've never fixed any of the work orders I kept requesting. My bathroom wall getting a hole, my bathroom cabinet door needed fix, the handle on the toilet. I literally have to left the tank off and flush it manually! My carpet has flooded growing black mole and they wouldn't come out to su... read more
Fresh start?? More like fresh NIGHTMARE! Our rental was taken over by this company several months ago and its been nothing but issue after issue, maintenance issues not being done or not in a timely manner leaving me without water for several days on a few occasions and MOLD they refuse to acknowledge or do anything about and its affecting my health and my 3 yr olds.
