Update: I’ve emailed them many times that I needed that money and had not received it. Just more silence, so arrogant, won’t even respond! They have taken money from me, didn’t perform the services, told me they would give me part back but didn’t have the respect to notify me they had decided not to pay me! Then they threatened to take me to court for breach of contract, because I had had it with nothing getting done and I called them on it. This place is a joke! Makes you pay and extra $150.00 with the renewal of my lease for a cleaning charge! And I never moved out! Then charges me and extra $50.00/month to pay for a Maintenance fee. Which is ridiculous cause they've never fixed any of the work orders I kept requesting. My bathroom wall getting a hole, my bathroom cabinet door needed fix, the handle on the toilet. I literally have to left the tank off and flush it manually! My carpet has flooded growing black mole and they wouldn't come out to su... read more
