There’s no question that the Fricke firm is the best. Ted and Russell are not only exceptionally knowledgeable, but they also truly listen to their clients’ needs. When I faced an urgent situation, they responded with both empathy and action—going so far as to work through the weekend to complete my taxes. I’ve been a client of theirs for over 10 years, and the quality of their work has always been outstanding. Their pricing is also very reasonable, especially compared to other firms that charge more yet deliver far less.

I would not recommend this firm. Once Andrew Tallant retired from the firm 2 years ago, the service and response time became atrocious. Specifically, in tax year 2022 Fricke and their cohorts at ADP screwed up my payroll resulting in a refund I knew was not correct. My calls and emails were ignored trying to rectify. Now 2 years later I am having to pay back taxes, late fees, interest, and penalties due to their negligence. Thankfully, I have found a firm that is competent, responsive, and fairly priced.
