Horrible experience. Gave them all of our tax filing paperwork at the end of February. I hadn't heard anything by mid-March, so I e-mailed and called multiple times to check on the status of the return. I didn't receive any phone calls back despite multiple voicemails. Someone did reply via e-mail stating my return would be completed in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I e-mailed again. I finally received the return on 4/4 and noticed it was incorrect. My corporate tax returns were ready for Ted's review and they sat on his desk from the beginning of July and were finally filed on October 15, 2022 after multiple calls and emails to push them through and they were done right. When it came to the personal taxes, as of today, December 17, 2022, they are still not done. Not good.
I'd write a long review about how unprofessional and irresponsible this firm has been but it's not wort my time. Stay clear of this firm, 6+ months to handle my returns and they still managed to file them late and will not respond to taking care of the IRS fine for late filing.
