Have had nothing but trouble since it became Friendship Ford, my business is going somewhere else
My husband and I had a misrepresentation of a F150. After 3 weeks of having the vehicle in April of this year; we took it back to have a diagnostic test, they said nothing was wrong with it. We took it to another Ford place to have another diagnostic test done, come to find out we had a blown head gasket and other issues. We took it back to friendly Ford. Took our Ford Fusion in for diagnosis for a overheating issue after having the transmission rebuilt. We got a video saying "We are gonna start with the thermostat". To me that sounded like the mechanic did not know what the problem was but was start with a $1400 bill and go from there if it did not fix the problem. Luckily another local mechanic knew what was wrong with the car and told me it had air in the radiator lines and was a quick and easy fix. I bought a used car that had the tire pressure light on. I told them if they would fix it I would buy the car. They said they would and had me sign a paper that said they change the sensors and that should fix the problem. However it was more complicated than that and the first estimate I received was for over $6,000! I have a dear friend and she’s elderly and she took her car in because she kept smelling antifreeze and her car was losing coolant somewhere and overheating and the fan was staying on constantly! The service advisor takes notes and states customer states she is smelling engine coolant and the fan was staying on constantly please advise! That’s a service advisor’s job then it goes to the mechanic to check for the possible cause of the issue on the work order! Julius Patterson helped me buy my cars and did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend coming in and getting a car from him… Friendship dealership on the other hand will not get my money anymore both cars I’ve bought from this dealership have been wrecked and they just covered it up one being a 2018 fusion the 2nd being a 2022 Honda civic both had been wrecked previously and this car actually came from Boone Friendship Honda but was sold to me by the dealer in Lenoir
