If you value your time consider another Ford dealership for service. I made a 10:00am appt for an oil change in my F250, I indicated that I had intended to wait for it to be serviced when making the appointment. I dropped my truck off at 9:30 and was going to grab a coffee while I waited. The service person informed me that "they were running behind because they had a lot of walk-ins" and that my truck wouldn't be ready until "around noon."
