Worst experience I have had at any dealership. All they care about is a sale, once the sale is complete they care nothing about you being happy. It was a hard lesson learned that will cost me money. I will go to another dealership for service in the future.

Edmund, We appreciate your feedback, however we did everything you requested. You special ordered a truck that YOU built to YOUR specifications. YOU signed the build sheet on the truck and we ordered it for you, per your request. However once the vehicle arrived you realized that YOU didn’t put power windows or locks on the vehicle and somehow this is our fault and we are to blame? We hate that the vehicle was not equipped as you wanted, but we built and ordered it as requested. Enjoy your F250.
I sure hope the buying process is better than dealing with the service department. we had a horrible experience.

Total disregard for customer safety. COVID-19 protocols were not being followed in service department. Inexcusable

If you value your time consider another Ford dealership for service. I made a 10:00am appt for an oil change in my F250, I indicated that I had intended to wait for it to be serviced when making the appointment. I dropped my truck off at 9:30 and was going to grab a coffee while I waited. The service person informed me that "they were running behind because they had a lot of walk-ins" and that my truck wouldn't be ready until "around noon." I had my wife pick me up, and reshuffled my day's plans for a pickup after noon. ... read more
