Took my car in for an oil change, they told me my back brake pads were 3mm with only 37000 miles on my car and that is was a safety hazard. They wanted almost $500 to replace them. Took it to get a second opinion from a different shop and my brake pads are fine and almost brand new. Be careful if going here, they might try to scam you.
I bought a car from this dealership a few weeks ago, when I got my paperwork back from their finance institution which they insisted on using instead of Eastman I with a bunch of trouble find out that they charged me the full price and not what we agreed on for the car. So I'm now in dispute with them over that and I even told them they can take the car back. They are underhanded and will throw you to the side once they get any money out of you that they want. They treat customers like crap and I personally have been cussed at. I recommend finding a dealership that respects their customers and people that are willing to spend thousands of dollars on a car.
Absolutely horrific Hyundai dealership. I have gone twice for oil changes and both times asked them to check my engine which is missing and the service desk person is never sure if they've checked it but since no light is on assures me it's OK. They DO however have time to check video and try to hard sell me a cabin air filter for $138. I just replaced it AND the engine filter myself for a grand total of $18.
