Your service department refused to drive me 1.5 miles in my own vehicle as I was dropping my vehicle off for service. This was promised to me when I made the appointment and you were able to accommodate me a few months ago. I was forced to walk to work. I guess receiving 46,000 on my money was your main concern. Dillon and I had been talking about trading my car for a new one but when I do decide to do this, I’d rather walk to California with no clothes on than buy from you!
I took my car in for routine maintenance. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, and was kept informed every step of the way. This is a great team!
I had a 2023 rogue displaying random engine service codes. They read the first code and replaced a sensor that I told them I had already replaced. I was told my previous mechanic got silicone in the engine and it was going to require a total engine disassembly. I declined because I knew that wasn't right. My bill started out being $800+ for a $100 sensor. It requires you to remove one 10MM bolt. After complaining I finally had to pay $500. My local shade tree mechanic fixed it. I had a great experience with this service department. The manager, Jon, took care of my car and really went looking for the problem. Very grateful to not have been neglected like other mechanics I had taken my car to. The noises I was hearing before are now gone after many tests drives! Thank you so much!
They put 2 people on my truck one rotating tires one changing oil and filter and then doing a dmv inspection, i was out of there way faster than i expected to be.
