My husband required emergency care this evening after his symptoms suddenly worsened. We live near Friendswood Hospital, and this was our first visit. We had the best experience here! The staff was nice and attentive as soon as we walked in the door. We made it into a room fast and got checked in no time. The doctor was friendly and answered all our questions. Absolutely RECOMMENDED.
Claudia was at the front desk and was so kind and patient with me. I received immediate care. The nurses, Brenda and Patricia, were so thorough and even explained about how long I would be there. The CT tech was so comforting and knowledgeable I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out! He was awesome. Wonderful physicians and medical staff. I came here several times and never experienced long wait times. Paperwork is not complicated. An all around great emergency facility. Not to mention the free snacks and beverages they offer you while you wait 👍👍
