I used to see Dr. Roc when he was in Amsterdam NY. He was someone that listened to you and it did not seem to be his way or the highway attitude. It was a shame when he left 5his area.
4/23. Husband has a very fast heart rate and got a heart Monitor 3/31. STILL hasn’t gotten any response from the office-some excuse or another. Now, his a-fib is turning into congestive heart failure so, Monday, he’s calling his Rochester Cardiologist. I don’t care how good a doctor’s reviews are when his support staff absolutely sucks.
