The services itself are absolutely great, and the advisor Leo is very helpful and supportive. One thing i was frustrated is before i actually went to the dealer and got service, the system sent me text told me they can offer the free pick up and return option, but when i booked the pick up service and the driver never showed up even few requests and calls. And I have to rescheduled for another day. This is not professional and good experience to be honest.
Excellent service as all ways. Great Advisior and quality workmanship. I would have liked to have seen some good faith effort for the premature paint peeling issue on my 2020 F150. This dealership solid me the truck and I have been a loyal customer. To just say "not our problem deal with ford" is disappointing.
Concerns regarding the installation of the bed liner that was done on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. Photos attached but not sure it does it justice. Please help. $270 for a rushed job is not ok. Felt like I was ripped off. Thank you, Duke
The service rep guy checked my car in and never responded for further help to let me know why I need recommended repairs. I spent a lot of time calling and trying to find out. And there’s no answer. My car ended up staying at Frontier overnight, which made me very uncomfortable. But next day, the same ‘no response’ thing happened again. I decided to drive there and pick up my car. It finally ended the ordeal at your site.
I'd like to give a shout out to Mike, one of the service department managers at this local dealership that I spoke with. This morning we had to take our 2022 expedition limited max into their department due to loud popping and static noise coming from our speakers either when the vehicle was on, or off. My wife brought the vehicle in to have another recall repair preformed, specifically a brake line recall, and the dealership wanted (and did) charge us a fee of $270 to preform an "update" to the software in the vehicle whic... read more
