I love Frontier Ford. I cant say enough good things about is dealership. From the service department, to the sales department, this place is top notch. They treat you like family. I don't have a CLUE which service this Review was for? I looked and Looked and I can't find a DATE of this Service???? So...... I will give this review on the Service that FORD Called me to have done???? And that was a RECALL Notice that I "Thought" Was already Taken Care Of????? NO CLUE????? This was on our Back Up Camera on our 2018 TITANIUM EDGE. And All they did was RE CHECK what was already Checked on our Last Service that was actually Performed and they "CLAIM" to have done a Multi Point "Inspection" On our Vehicle... read more
I took my 2017 Ford Explorer at 7:30am on Friday 2/27. I asked to have it ready by 2pm. I send a text for status at 1:30 and then get a response that my battery failed as well as the timing cover. $243 for battery and $4.5k for the timing cover. I call, no answer. I go back to Ford to see what’s going on. I approve the battery but not the timing cover. I explained back on 11/4/24 I had the belts and belt tensioner replaced and that might be the reason why the cover is loose. I was told there was a two year warranty an... read more
Very good service experience with the Service Agent Leo Caudill. He was polite and knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding certain concerns about my Ford Fusion Energi. I only had to wait about an hour while Jacob Dominguez performed a detailed comprehensive premium works package etc. I am very satisfied with the work done and the professionalism.
Concerns regarding the installation of the bed liner that was done on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. Photos attached but not sure it does it justice. Please help. $270 for a rushed job is not ok. Felt like I was ripped off. Thank you, Duke
