I took my 2017 Ford Explorer at 7:30am on Friday 2/27. I asked to have it ready by 2pm. I send a text for status at 1:30 and then get a response that my battery failed as well as the timing cover. $243 for battery and $4.5k for the timing cover. I call, no answer. I go back to Ford to see what’s going on. I approve the battery but not the timing cover. Very good service experience with the Service Agent Leo Caudill. He was polite and knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding certain concerns about my Ford Fusion Energi. I only had to wait about an hour while Jacob Dominguez performed a detailed comprehensive premium works package etc. I am very satisfied with the work done and the professionalism.
The experience was satisfactory. They replaced the recall TCM without hassle. However, dealing with their corporate office about their BuyBack program because of numerous recall repairs on my Ford Focus since 2018 to present was less than satisfactory.
The services itself are absolutely great, and the advisor Leo is very helpful and supportive. One thing i was frustrated is before i actually went to the dealer and got service, the system sent me text told me they can offer the free pick up and return option, but when i booked the pick up service and the driver never showed up even few requests and calls. And I have to rescheduled for another day. This is not professional and good experience to be honest.
