Excellent service as all ways. Great Advisior and quality workmanship. I would have liked to have seen some good faith effort for the premature paint peeling issue on my 2020 F150. This dealership solid me the truck and I have been a loyal customer. To just say "not our problem deal with ford" is disappointing.
Concerns regarding the installation of the bed liner that was done on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. Photos attached but not sure it does it justice. Please help. $270 for a rushed job is not ok. Felt like I was ripped off. Thank you, Duke
Leo was my service advisor and he was extremely helpful. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, which was especially great since I used the vehicle pickup/drop off for the first time. The whole process was seamless and I will definitely be using it again!
I'd like to give a shout out to Mike, one of the service department managers at this local dealership that I spoke with. This morning we had to take our 2022 expedition limited max into their department due to loud popping and static noise coming from our speakers either when the vehicle was on, or off. My wife brought the vehicle in to have another recall repair preformed, specifically a brake line recall, and the dealership wanted (and did) charge us a fee of $270 to preform an "update" to the software in the vehicle whic... read more
Great experience overall. Easy to set service appointment and got upgraded for valet service. Great communication from the service center about the work that needed to be done. My Mach-e was in great hands.
