everybody was very friendly and very helpful. a great place to buy a car. they educate you on the cars. my sales person Angel came in on his days off to help close my deal
I had a decent experience at this Ford dealership; while the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall service felt a bit average, leaving me with mixed feelings about my visit.
The bad is I had to buy my vehicle somewhere else, not their fault I was not ready at the time. The good is they were willing to work with me , I just wasn't ready for that commitment. I would recommend if you're ready, the service was suffice and the selection was up to par. Unfortunately, I already bought the vehicle I wanted but if I did not I would be at Frontier Ford right now.
Everyone at Frontier Ford was great, ie: sales people, service manager, and customer service manager. I purchased a used Mercedes from them and all aspects of the deal were smooth and anything that required any promised follow up has been taken care of as promised. Bonnie Young in customer service is wonderful and follows up on everything. She is a stand-out in the "car" business and a credit to Frontier Ford as a business. Carl K
Frontier ford went above and beyond for me. I recently bought a Mach e and Christian helped me out. Not only did he beat the other dealerships in the area, but he beat them by a mile. He was attentive and always responded quick. I also appreciate how fast he could get the car ready (next day pickup). If you are looking for a ford dealership that can out price the competition, come here.

Excellent parts department, even though they don't have the parts I needed. Dave answer the call and I went in to look for a small parts package for an old truck. He looked and determined that the only dealer with this in stock is far away. Offered to either order for me and another option outside of the network. Overall I am very happy with the experience
