So thrilled that Dr. Jillian and her amazing staff have joined our community in the Kamas Valley. Her compassion, knowledge and pure love for your pets cannot be matched.
If I could give them a million stars I would. We called as a brand new patient when our dog became severely ill. They got us in right away. They gave us several options for care but we ultimately decided it was for the best to put our pup down. The staff went above and beyond to make a heartbreaking situation as bearable and comfortable as possible. I will forever remember their kindness to our family at such a difficult time. I highly highly recommend this place for all your pet's needs.
We hadn't used Frontier before but upon returning from a walk, our dog's paw doubled in size in minutes, he started shaking and wouldn't put weight on it. We called Frontier 20 minutes before they closed to see if they could get a new client in asap. They were so willing to help us out and the experience was amazing. Thank you so much to the entire team! I think we just found our new regular primary care veterinarian.
When your dog literally comes bounding out of the backroom, all waggy tail & excited, what else do you need to know? They follow up on every visit, respond quick when we have questions, and genuinely care our pup's wellbeing. We've found our new Vet for sure.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Burchett at Frontier Veterinary! We were a new patient and when we checked in, they arranged everything for our visit. The vet tech took our dog back for a blood draw and other work. By the time that was over, Dr. Burchett came in and continued the exam. Everything was very efficient and made our dog very relaxed despite getting a number of shots.
